Thirteen carnies gathered at the Holiday Inn Dayton Mall during the weekend of 3/9/07-3/11/07 to clear their good names and solve Larry Bigtop’s untimely death. Although four carnies died over the weekend from killer and copy cat killer mischief, all of the participants had a great time enjoying the wonderful meals, the benefits of the Holidome (pool, hot tub, fitness center, restaurant, bar, and of course golden tee), and an exciting murder mystery. All carnies got into their parts and brought exciting props, great costumes and well performed speeches to the mystery, making for a fun and exciting weekend. Congratulations are in order for Megan Piatt who successfully solved the mystery weekend the fastest. Additionally, congratulations to Mary Jackson and Judy Tepe who took home awards for the best carnie and the best killer/accomplice respectively. Thanks to all of the weekends participants that helped make for a great weekend.
The next Murder Mystery Machine production planned will be A Taste of Death! This is a great mystery with some intriguing twists and turns. A Taste of Death! is centered around the wine making Mondov-eeh family and their recent endeavors with wine tastings. The Murder Mystery Machine is currently negotiating with venues to host this mystery. Once a venue is confirmed the details will be posted. Keep your eyes open and check back frequently for updates on this mystery. We hope to run this mystery in August.
